In this recipe we will see how to create a GoldenGate configuration using OCFS2 as a shared storage filesystem and Oracle Clusterware to manage the high availability.
For this recipe, we have a two-node Oracle RAC 188.8.131.52 database in the source environment. We also have an additional unused shared disk
/dev/sdf1, which will be used for hosting the GoldenGate binaries and other files. The OCFS2 filesystem will be created on this shared disk.
