Prerequisites

The Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect is an expert-level credential. Accordingly, the learner needs to be able to do the following:

  • If you are an Azure administrator: you should be able to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot all sorts of Azure resources by using Azure portal and Azure PowerShell
  • If you are an Azure developer: you should be able to code and maintain PaaS and IaaS applications, most of which rely on Azure AD, databases, and so forth
  • If you are an Azure architect: you should be able to choose which Azure services to compose for a customer to meet their business goals and financial/technical constraints

Course Set-up

To follow along with the demonstrations and practice on your own, please have the following environment available: - Windows or macOS computer - A supported web browser - Microsoft account to create an Azure trial subscription (free) - Microsoft Azure 30-day trial (free) - A paid Azure subscription if you already used your trial
