Understanding Identities and Connecting Azure AD with ADDS - A foundation of on-premises technologies (25 mins) - Understanding concepts of commands using Microsoft PowerShell (25 mins) - The cloud identity systems used in Microsoft Azure AD with Office 365 (1 hour)

Break (20 mins)

  • Understanding Azure AD Connect (20 mins)
  • Using Password Based Synchronization with ADDS (30 mins)
  • Using Pass-Through Based Authentication with ADDS (30 mins)
  • Putting it all together with some practice exam questions (30 mins)

Day 2

SSO with ADFS and MFA

  • Quick review (10 mins)
  • Achieving SSO (Single Sign On) with ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services) (1 hour)
  • Configuring MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) (40 mins)

Break (20 mins)

  • Managing users and groups through Azure AD and Office 365 (45 mins)
  • Role based management in Microsoft 365 (45 mins)
  • Putting it all together with some practice exam questions (30 mins)
